Eastern Bay Primary Health Alliance (EBPHA) is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Management Team in the sunny Eastern Bay of Plenty. Ko wai mātou | About Us 

EBPHA is a primary health alliance that delivers a wide range of primary healthcare services across the Eastern Bay of Plenty. It is our role to bring together GPs, nurses, and other health professionals, and to serve the needs of our community. 

Mō te tūnga | The Role

We have an HR generalist position available open to being a part-time or full-time role.

You will be working as a fully integrated member of our management team, working collaboratively to drive the organisation’s vision and goals. You will lead the HR function with a staff centred approach and assist Team Leads through recruitment and selection processes.

Mōu | About you

To be considered, you will be a true generalist in HR and have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience providing advice and support to Team Leads and staff across a range of human resources disciplines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, along with experience working with HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills and technologically capable.
  • Have a genuine enthusiasm to support not only our staff but the community we serve.
