PRIMARY HEALTH COUNSELLING
We all face issues and challenges in life, and often it is helpful to talk to a professional person who is not involved in the situation. It takes courage and strength to make the choice to accept counselling.
Our service
Our counselling service is a private and confidential process where you and your counsellor work together, exploring and developing your strengths, so you can find your own solutions to issues you might be facing. We aim to strengthen, heal, and educate.
Who can access this service?
We provide counselling for adults and young people in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
How do I access this service?
• If you are 20 years of age or older, your doctor or practice nurse can refer you.
• If you are between the ages of 10 – 19 years, you can self-refer or be referred by your doctor, practice nurse, school nurse or by a family member.
To self-refer, please fill out the form below and we will be in touch.
